In 1985 Chef Tripp got his first job flipping burgers at the Jolly Roger Pier on Topsail Island, and his love of the cooking industry was born. After attending culinary school at A-B Tech in Asheville, NC, he spent the next 20 years in commercial kitchens and private clubs working with some of the most renowned chefs in the Southeast, continuously adding to his edible repertoire.
Although he enjoyed his years in professional restaurants, Chef Tripp’s true passion is for personalized service. He thrives on creating custom menus in a wide variety of culinary styles.
Chef Tripp believes that great food starts with great ingredients. Add a little LOVE and it becomes something truly memorable.
